New Visions Ørestad Gymnasium (Ørestad College) is the first college in Denmark based on the new visions of content, subject matter, organisation and learning systems in the reform of the educational system of the Danish “high-school” (gymnasium) for students of the age of 16-19.

In 2012 the school was 100% digital. Opened in 2005, the school was one of the first in the world to go entirely digital. All learning materials are now on the internet so any of its 1,100 pupils, who are aged 16 to 19, can access them at any time. Lessons are often organised on the Google Sites service, as are all activities at Ørestad. Ørestad College was built in immediate continuation of new legislation in the Danish educational sector in 2005 and is an educational building remarkable for its complete absence of class rooms in the traditional sense. At present, the gymnasium is the most-applied-for in Denmark. The school was built in 2005, right after the Danish school reform, by a young group of architects called 3xN (Three times Nielsens).
